Ask for what you need
The assistant searches e-souk's catalogue and shows you products, prices and shops.

Confirm on e-souk
When you agree, the assistant prepares the order and gives you a link: open it and tap “Confirm”. Only then does the shop receive it.
You stay in control
- No order is sent without your confirmation on e-souk.
- Payment on delivery: you never give your bank details to the assistant.
- The confirmation link expires after 24 hours.
