What governs your purchases on e-souk: payment, delivery, returns and data.

Orders and payment

Every order placed on e-souk is paid on delivery, in cash, when the parcel arrives.

We deliver to N'Djamena and the surrounding area. Delivery charges are shown before you confirm your order, and are free above a certain amount.

A product that is faulty or does not match its description can be returned within 7 days of receipt, in its original packaging.

Every item is checked before dispatch. The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse.

Your delivery details are used only to process your order and are never sold on to third parties.
