Verified shops and products
The "Verified shop" badge means an e-souk agent visited the shop and the seller has already proven themselves on the platform. It is reserved for Pro shops and renewed every year.
How a shop gets verified
- 1The shop has the Pro plan and requests verification from its seller dashboard.
- 2It needs experience: at least 30 days on e-souk, 10 delivered orders, few refusals, replies to orders within 24 h at most, and no recent sanction.
- 3An e-souk agent visits the shop: address, stock, products. They write a report with photos.
- 4The team approves the badge for 12 months. It disappears if the shop is no longer Pro, or in case of sanction or fraud.
What the badge guarantees
- The shop exists at the stated address
- The seller has already delivered orders on e-souk
- They reply quickly and refuse few orders
- No sanction from the team for several months
What it does not guarantee
- The quality of every item sold (except "Verified product")
- Products added after the visit
- Deals made outside e-souk
Verified product
This product was seen in store by the agent during the visit. If the seller later changes its name, photo, description or condition, the badge disappears until the next visit.
